Error opening Windows firewall: 0x80070005 Access Denied

Hi,

I've been using utorrent for quite a while without any problem. One day my torrent just stopped downloading and when I restart the program this line : "Error opening Windows firewall: 0x80070005 Access Denied" appear in the logger. I've tried rechecking exceptions in my windows firewall & also turning off my firewall but no response. I've tried using different torrent software which still says the same problem. I'm using windows Vista for my computer. Anyone have an idea what is wrong with machine and how can I fixed it?

Are you sure Windows FW is blocking your client?

Try to download a torrent from OOo: http://distribution.openoffice.org/p2p/

Do you see the green circle in µT (network icon)? Does µT download the OOo torrent?

It works just fine when I download the OOo torrent but I don't see any green circle. Does it mean there's nothing wrong with my windows firewall?
