Brainstatic
Hello,Here is what happens:When I try to open uTorrent on my computer, it takes 3-4 minutes to open the window. During the wait, windows explorer maximizes my cpu capacity, even if there are no torrents active. Also, when uTorrent application is minimized to the tray, it takes 3-4 minutes to open the window as well. Again, windows explorer maximizes my cpu capacity. Is this typical behavior? Some background information:Windows XP Home SP3Celeron 2.4 GHz704MB RAMNorton AVI can post more information pertaining to the running processes and applications if uTorrent's or Window's activities are suspect to trechery. Additionally, I just uninstalled and reinstalled uTorrent 2.0 (Build 18488), but it did not correct the situation. I have tried to find similar instances in the forums, without avail.Thank you for any help in resolution,Brainstatic
Switeck
Yes, give us a Process Explorer utorrent.exe DLL log as described at the very end of 1st link in my signature....If that doesn't sort out the problem, (or if you already have it) give a HijackThis log.
