General Download / Upload Speed drop when utorrent open

When utorrent is closed my download speed is around 5.70 Mb/s and upload 0.50 Mb/s, according to speedtest.net (80 ms ping, telefonica españa sux big time).

But, when i open uTorrent internet works awful, most of the time firefox says it is unable to open websites and such ! Testing again on speedtest.net results download speed drop to 2.0 Mb/s, upload rate stays the same almoust. The weird thing is that uTorrent's download and upload rate is on 0!

Another problem I have is that I dont have access to the router so i cant forward any ports for properly download / upload with utorrent. Is there any default port that both router and utorrent use?
