such slow download speed for me, whats up?

i had utorrent V1.8.2 (the last version, i think thats it) and the torrents downloaded so slow, upgraded to V2.0 and still torrents are downloading so slow

availablity rates are 33.999, 35.333 and 47.222 and all downloading at around 10KB/s - 20 KB/s which is not normal, usaully they would be downloading at 75KB/s - 300+ KB/s but i dont know why...any ideas?

hi mod, thanks for the reply, i did the tests last night and the top box said it could succeed the test, just done it again and now the top box has succeeded saying as results

upload: 786.43 kbit/s (96.0KB/s) download 104.85 kbit/s (12.7KB/s)

and bottom box says

port is not open, (you are still able to download)

whats going on?

edit - hi mod,

got the test to get a green tick in both sections and i have selected save & close and i have increased speed a little bit but 1 of my torrents that has inscread has an availabilty of 75.999 and is downloading at 13.5 KB/s

i also looked at your second link in ur sig but i also dont understand it much, i dont undertsand if i need ot change anything in my settings

It is very unusual to have so much more UPLOAD than download.

Are those numbers correct? Did you run the test with everything stopped?
