speed is there but cant get it

speedtouch modem=== port open

utorrent=== green mark and test port is OK

isp=== 500kbite confirmed by speedtest.net and internet download maneger

system=== windows 7 new install

hey guys

i'm having a problem with my utorrent

i'm downloading good quality files and trackers, seeds and peers are good

i have the network monitor telling me that i'm using the 500 kbite..all of the speed

but the utorrent is only using a 70 too 100 kbite

and when i close the utorrent,,the network monitor tells me that i'm not using any speed at all

SO WHERE THE HELL IS THE SPPED GOING??

u're my last hope ..please advise!!

ps,,went in safe mode...the speed is all there!!

You seem to be confusing kilobits/second with KiloBYTES/second.

Huge difference!

Speed tests are typically in kilobits/second, uTorrent's speeds (shown at bottom and in torrents and peers windows are in KiloBYTES/second.
