DV83R Posted April 16, 2010 Report Share Posted April 16, 2010 Ok so heres the deal, i have done all the reasearch to save some time, and nothing seems to help, i have a green tick in utorrent, i am allowing all connections on avast, i have protocal encryption enabled and the tick next to it filled in, and i have trying to upload so my ratio is at 1/1 but still my downloads are REALLY slow, i live in australia and i have 24000/1000, but being my location its more like 16000/800, and i have 1 torrent going as i write this it has 9000 seeds and 22000 peers and i am downloading at 4.4kbps??!!! help?!
