uTorrent possibly blocked?

Hi all, I have been using uTorrent for a few years with no problems up until a couple of days ago, now it is dead, also emule is now dead, I thought it might be my machine/system so I swapped with my older backup machine, but that is exactly the same, my provider here in Australia is EFTel, seems strange that they would all of a sudden put a P2P block in place?

Any advice appreciated.

Hi, not to worry, after complaining to my ISP they have turned it back on!

3rd link in my signature for workaround ideas if they do it again.

Some blocking methods that may be used by ISPs may be easy to bypass (encryption on works)...others can be very hard (requiring VPN).
