Whenever I download something and leave it in the downloaded section in my torrent icon, is it seeding? Just trying to make sure I'm actually helping. mariannablue Posted July 7, 2010 Report Share Posted July 7, 2010 hi, i was also new to the whole seeding story and i can give you this little piece of advice go to utorrent.com and under documentation you will find a topic called migrating yr files into utorrent. just read up and you will find how to seed if u still not sure let me know and i will see if i can post pics for you step by step. Switeck Posted August 26, 2010 Report Share Posted August 26, 2010 Seeding basically just means using decent settings in uTorrent, limit the number of torrents running at once so each gets at least 2 KB/sec per active upload slot, and just leaving uTorrent running at least when you're already using the computer.
