nicula
Hey everyone, my torrent downloading speed was relatively healthy in the first few minutes (around 1.0 mb/s - 1.2 mb/s) but after a few minutes, it went down all the way to 20-40kb/s.The availability for the torrent was a consistent 70. I did port forwarding already prior to posting but the issue wasnt settled.help?

Jaje
Hi, I have the same problem. It started after I switched to Win7. I used Utorrent for years without problems, but now when it starts downloading speed goes up to 600 (which is max for my connection) and after a minute or two it falls to 10-15 kb/s, when I restart the program speed goes up again to 600 but only for a minute and then crashes again. I have tried connecting PC to another network and downloading and it`s the same thing. The port is forwarded and I have already tried Troubleshooting Guide, I have also tried turning firewall off.. Any ideas?
Switeck
You're not on the same ISP as the original poster, not that either of you mentioned what ISP you have.1st (slow speed section) and 2nd links in my signature. Also try rafi's uTorrent v2.0.X Migration Guide here: http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=74820And if/when all that doesn't work, follow directions more closely.
