Ut Rising in speed then sinking again.

As the topic says, Utorrent may rise randomly to 300-800kb/s, and stay there for about 10 seconds, then sinking to 0.1-10/20kb/s or so. The Speed Check thingy says that it's all good, port is open, and the other thing is good too. I changed from Windows Vista 64 Bit (it worked PERFECTLY) with Vista, and now, I've got this problem.

Some Specs, idk exactly which ones you need;

Intel Core i7 930 @ 2.80GHz, it's a QuadCore, and as I said, it worked perfectly on Vista.

Regular Windows Firewall installed, tried both disabled and enabled.

Nod32 2.7x (I think) (uninstalled it, restarted the computer, no results).

Using a SoundMAX Motherboard.

If you need any more info, please ask. Also, I've tried almost all steps of the troubleshooting guide etc, no results. When I tried to download Slackware I got amazing speed, but when I try to download ANY other torrent, I get really lame speeds instead... Can anyone help me?

Tried that, I downloaded the newest beta version, and it got marginally better. At least I download 100-500kb/s now. Depending on torrent ofc, so it might be that most torrents have bad seeders I guess.

Could also be due to your networking hardware, Some routers are not fast enough to handle large volumes of connections like that. What brand and model is your router?

It's a real old one, but it was one of the best back in the days. But my ISP has been having problems as well, but still, worked good before. Anyways, it was solved when I downloaded the newest beta version.

Hi all, just a confirmation!

I had the same behavior of ocean wave like speed graph and disabling bandwidth management [uTP] solved the problem (unchecking Option -> Preference -> BitTorrent -> Enable bandwidth management [uTP]).
