mlinder Posted August 14, 2010 Report Share Posted August 14, 2010 If I have a torrent loaded and seeing, then I delete the torrent from uTorrent. The folder where the files are is locked preventing me from moving it within windows. It would seem that uTorrent does not properly close files. paintball9 Posted August 14, 2010 Report Share Posted August 14, 2010 uTorrent doesn't even lock files to my knowledge. You could move them while utorrent is running and it would work, Just uTorrent would give an error when the file disappeared. Check your other programs and disabling indexing and scanning for the download directory. Eg windows search, windows indexing, AVG, Kaspersky or any other AV.
