paintball9
Mobile internet is very often blocked on all ports but 80 and 443, There's nothing you can do without access to the WAP (which is owned by your phone company)

paintball9
It's highly unlikely you will ever get a proper connection through a cell-phone tether. A wired/dsl connection is much more suitable for bittorrent communication anyways.
Jwvdven
Yes I know, but I'm dutch but living in the Philippines. They will not give a regular internet connection.......
paintball9
Satellite internet may be another alternative. It's similar priced to mobile, and has bad latency, but ports are usually open and your bandwidth limits will be higher. Not sure if there are any providers out there.
