drfrankr
When I double click on a torrent I get a message saying that it can not be opened because a helper file does not exist and I should change my preferences. What preferences are they referring to and how do I change them? Thanks in advance for your help.

moogly
It's an issue with Firefox, not µT. Go in the Options menu then the Applications tab and set Firefox to call utorrent.exe when it tries to open a .torrent file.http://kb.mozillazine.org/index.php?title=File_types_and_download_actions&printable=yes#File_handling_in_Firefox_3_and_SeaMonkey_2
