jesuswhere Posted September 24, 2010 Report Share Posted September 24, 2010 I have had a huge file (116 GB) downloading for several weeks now that was just over half finished, and all of a sudden when I open uTorrent today all of my previously downloaded files have disappeared, including the huge one that was mid-download. The torrent file for it is saved on my computer still, so I tried opening that in uTorrent and it wants to start the download from the beginning instead of from where it was.If anyone can please tell me how to get the download going from where it was it would be much appreciated. I read several threads in here about this already, but they all referred to downloads being moved to a new save location partially downloaded rather than how to continue downloading a partial download.PLEASE HELP!!! moogly Posted September 24, 2010 Report Share Posted September 24, 2010 Are you sure when you were opening the .torrent into µT that you chose the correct location where your partial torrent is stored?Because µT should have force a recheck and resume at the same position.Anyway, stop the torrent job, right click and Advanced > Set Download Location.
