remember which torrents are paused/active

when uturrent starts, it doesnt remember which downloads were manually started and paused

it just starts 3 and queues the rest

would be nice if it would remember which ones were last active and paused when its closed/shut down

and resume the previous states of the torrents when utorrent is launched again

Paused state will not be remembered across sessions. Stop them if you want to preserve that across restarts.
