New skin format, now with colors!

We've added a new skin format into µTorrent 2.2 which makes it much easier to skin the client and adds much more flexibility.

You can now generate one complete package of skins and apply it on the fly (just open the .btskin and you're done). It's a simple zip file renamed to .btskin which contains all your skin files, and one file named btskin.

You can mix and match what to skin! You aren't required to have all the supported files in it.

'btskin' contains a list of settings and their colors, allowing you to change almost every color in the client to your liking. Text color changes are only supported in 3.0, but most everything works in 2.2.

'btskin' is a plain text file with any number of these settings. Unknown or invalid settings will simply be ignored. You can also add comments on their own lines, as µT will just ignore them.

The colors themselves are hex representations of colors, RGB.

Once you have finished making a skin, package up all your file(s), then double click on the .btskin or drag and drop it onto the µTorrent window. To go back to default, delete current.btskin from %AppData%\uTorrent. We'll add a menu option to go back to default later.
