I don't know what it means and have never seen it before, but I have started getting erratic upload behavior that always seems to start with this error-

This is just an example of how quickly they come. There are hundreds of them in my logger all relatively close together, and come accompanied by strange upload speeds, down from a very steady 2.8-2.9mB/s to a very erratic 1.1 to anything above it.

...best guess is a corrupted networking (or hard drive controller) driver or bad software firewall.
