Velocipear Posted November 27, 2010 Report Share Posted November 27, 2010 I ran the network and bandwidth test, and the network test worked, but in the bandwidth test, it says: Timed out waiting for message from server.And I don't have the green connection symbol either. Switeck Posted November 27, 2010 Report Share Posted November 27, 2010 I'd say forget the speed test if you're on a cable ISP like ComCast, Cox, Time Warner, Charter, or Road Runner.They all use temporary burst speeds that make speed tests look "Really Good!"...But if you try to use settings in uTorrent based on those results, uTorrent won't work well because those values are not sustainable even over 5 minutes.So what's your line's official speed tier rating?
