I know these bastards, they are French and their company is called Trident Media Guard (TMG).Look at the 1st peer IP: http://whois.domaintools.com/91.189.104.45They are very famous in France because they have been chosen as technical service provider to track pirates on the p2p networks (emule/BT) for the French anti-piracy law called HADOPI.Look at this paper:http://torrentfreak.com/file-sharers-monitoring-the-file-sharing-hunters-100424/You can see it's the same IPs.Other papers about TMG:http://torrentfreak.com/bittorrent-spammers-chosen-to-spy-on-french-pirates-100126/http://torrentfreak.com/scope-of-french-3-strikes-hadopi-piracy-monitoring-confirmed-100624/Just use ipfilter.dat in µT to ban TMG's IP ranges, if you dont' use a French ISP IP, that should be OK, but there is a chance they are working for international right owners (in USA e.g.).
