Satras
My system:Windows 7 x64 Home Premium.uTorrent 2.2.1 24266I got this problem since a while now (various uTorrent versions). First of all I need to say that my port forwarding and everything works fine, so its not a problem on my router. I expect the problem between utorrent and my Windows firewall. When I launch utorrent, it ask if I want to add a rule to my firewall. I accept this and until I reboot eveything works fine. My ports are open and visible. If I try the same again a day later, I am not connectable on varius BT sites. I then check my ports again and they atre not visible or reachable externally. So I remove the uTorrent rule in the Firewall, close utorrent and start it again. Accept the firewall setting and from then everything works as the previous day... untill i reboot. So I need to do this each time I reboot my machine.... any Idea ? moogly
Are you using a fixed port in µT and in your router? Or a random one at each start of µT (coupled to UPnP)?
Satras
Tried both, but mainly I got a fixed port and a Static DHCP ip address for my machine
moogly
Close µT then type Windows+R > wf.msc.Remove all the rules (in/out) about µT then restart µT as admin (right click to execute as admin), Win FW should ask you to add new rules about µT (and accept). Then try to restart µT to see if the issue is fixed. Satras
Tried this as well last week, and makes no difference if I start utorrent as admin (when adding the rules) or not. It alsways works fine for the first day.

Before I only had one, not saying if UDP or TCP.It seem to work now without an reset. I keep an eye on it.
