Jrough Posted February 27, 2011 Report Share Posted February 27, 2011 Would it be possible to have a code/program running in the back round of UTorrent to record Ip's and block all the ones that don't upload the same amount they downloaded. The program could then communicate to all the other UTorrent users and blacklist that ip. Tell me what you think? Is this something you would be interested in using/trying?
