Open source WebUI + move to github

Hi everyone,

I'm pleased to announce that we've decided to officially open source the WebUI code. We've chosen the BSD license for this, as it's one of the most permissive licenses we can use. This allows users the freedom to do almost anything they want with it.

We've also moved away from svn/trac to github, since it's a much better service and will make it easier to collaborate.
