Constantly crashing PC - need help!!!

Out of the blue my PC has been crashing every time I am using uTorrent/BitTorrent or Vuze, basically any type of torrent client. I've been using uTorrent for the last 3 years and had no problems.

So i need some help. I tried re-installing the program, checking the firewall and its settings and everything seems normal. I'm looking at the Event viewer and this is the information I can gather:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x100000d1 (0x00000008, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xb9dd3858). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini041111-02.dmp.

I have been with this problem for the past month and a half and it is getting frustrating.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Use BlueScreenView and here are the results:

Blue Screen View:

A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage

to your computer.

The problem seems to be caused by the following file: NDIS.sys

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen,

restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow

these steps:

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.

If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer

for any Windows updates you might need.

If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware

or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.

If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart

your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then

select Safe Mode.
