copy right infrigment

if anyone can help me im kinda new at this but i've gotten 2 emails from my internet provider (com cast) notice of copy right infringement,i did have peer block then after the first notice i installed peergardian 2 and still received another notice from com-cast.now i really enjoy using u torrent but i dont know what to do.i have force encryption and dht disabled..if some one can help me please help.i just get so frustrated with big brother watching me...:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

The only way you can avoid being watched is to avoid content that will get you watched.

The "good news" is is your not alone! If you do a search using the following words: "copyright trolls", "p2p copyright infringement", or "Liberty Holdings Media, LLC. v "John Does", you will come to find that what appears to be a "serious Lawsuit" is just a "shakedown" scam. There are a few things you can do.
