otto9u9otto
Running Foresight Linux http://www.foresightlinux.org/, I got the linux /home/otto/Downloads/utorrent-server-v3_0 unpacked. Then I right-clicked on utserver, but nothing happened. So then I opened terminal and, after navigating to the right directory, entered sudo ./utserver The terminal response: ./utserver: error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.0.9.8: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory Now what? Any suggestions for this linux noob ?
lithopsian
Search this forum for workarounds for this exact error. Precise details depend on which libraries you already have and whether you are 32 bit or 64 bit, but basically you either install the correct library version or you symlink from what uTorrent expects to find to what you actually have.
