Doesn't upload

i'm not showing any improvement on my end

also, i dont know if its the particular torrent or the client. but im having trouble picking up seeds. there are over 1000 seeds but then again, over 1000 peers, yet i can only grab 13 seeds and 8 peers.

any ideas? so now with 1.1.7 my upping of mostly 0KB and im not grabbing seeds on public torrents?
