moogly
Did you try this guide http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=15992 and especially the speedchart?
puma99dk
yes moogly most of it, i have tried and also reset all my µTorrent settings, didn't work out :/but after i closed µTorrent and started it again i got this on 2 trackers:and my problems disappeared so maybe i should try seek some help on the trackers to see what's run, bcs my port i use in µtorrent is open so no problem there :|
moogly
It sounds like KIS is blocking the trackers, I remember there is something to disable in new KIS versions, do a search on the boards here.
puma99dk
moogly it's not KIS i got the same problem with both KIS and Windows 7 firewall disabled and unplugged router so how can it be KIS? :|
moogly
So uT overloads your connection when it's running (bad network card, router etc). Try to decrease your bandwidth settings.
puma99dk
got any recommended settings?my settings i have been used since version 1.6.1 of µTorrent only added or delete the last number x:
moogly
These settings are completely insane, do you think your router is able to handle 10k connections simultaneously? And do you think peers want to share with you if the upload rate per slot and per active torrent is 10E-4 kB/s when the minimum is 2.5 or 3 kB/s?So stop µT and the other computer programs using internet and run a speedtest: http://www.speedtest.net/Then report the max UL speed of your connection. moogly
So your max UL speed is ~40 mbps. Use the speedchart: http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=58404And the reference line in your case:║ 40 mbit/sec ║ 4000│ 28║ 100│ 700║ 40│ 25║

GTHK
Disabling KIS isn't enough, it has to be completely uninstalled.
puma99dk
Disabling KIS isn't enough, it has to be completely uninstalled.i have even tried that when i went from 2010 to 2011 didn't make any different so i can say it's not KIS GTHK.
