mcaspi Posted July 24, 2011 Report Share Posted July 24, 2011 If I'm correct, uT's upload speed to a peer is based on the peer download speed but if a fast uploading peer temporarily has nothing to upload, it looks like uT will reduce the upload speed to that peer. So basically, it looks like uploading too fast can sometimes "hurt" fast uploading peers. What I recommend is to upload to a peer at a speed that is based also on the amount downloaded together with the current downloading speed.
