Issues with webseed handling

I have a problem with the torrent found here: http://freerainbowtables.mirror.garr.it/mirrors/freerainbowtables/torrents/RTI2/ntlm/ntlm_loweralpha-numeric-space%231-8_2.torrent

It's a new torrent that uses the web seed as the primary seed. It is currently 99.7% downloaded, but now it fails to work on the web seed.

In utorrent I need the start and end of each file. The .md5sums file is 0% downloaded.

If i try to stop and start the torrent while I do a packet dump with Wireshark, I get the following output:

(I had to remove the "i" from within the [] because of styling issues on this board)

It seems like utorrent does 4 requests on the same connection but only gets response to the first.

In the utorrent log I see this:

Even though utorrent gets the correct data from the webseed, the md5sums file is still 0% done.

Edit:

The same problem happens to the other torrents. They all stop around 99-99.7%

By the way, this was tested with uTorrent 3.0 build 25460 [32-bit]
