uTorrent3 create new torrent bug!! Already last many version.

On create new torrent dialog, after select file for seeding with Start seeding option checked, create and save as .torrent file.

uTorrent keep that new task downloading status, and always 0%.

This bug is already last a long time for 3.0, never fix.

Please, please, fix it. I dont want to re-add torrent to seeding for every create new torrent.
