natri23 Posted February 16, 2012 Report Share Posted February 16, 2012 I created and seeded torrents and noticed that there are some peers that connect to me but refuse to download from me and only show E flag but download from other peers instead. Even if I am the sole seeder and there is no others peers, that one peer still refuses to download from me and wait for other peers to join then it downloads from them.
