Remove background of the "Status" column

The "Alternate list background color" is lovely and useful, but the "Status" column has its own background color (#F7F7F7, to be precise) that doesn't match either the white or the grey of alternating list backgrounds. I suggest making the "Status" column respect its row's background. This is made most noticeable by disabling the gui.graphic_progress setting under Advanced, however even with the setting enabled it is obvious the background does not match the rest of the list.
