euphony Posted May 20, 2012 Report Share Posted May 20, 2012 So I got a popup from uTorrent saying there's a new version and decided to upgrade. Once uTorrent pops back up all of a sudden in my task bar there is an icon and some form of Winzip installs without prompting me. Does any of this sound normal? I have seen very sparse mention of it while searching to see if anyone else encountered the same thing. Is this malware? Computer has been acting normal so far and the Winzip program came with an uninstaller that worked. I'm not too concerned for my computer since I don't have anything important on it and can wipe its contents with no stress but I was a little surprised to not find any mention of this on the forums here.
