Downloading Causes Disconnects

Hello,

So this happens for versions 3.2, 3.2.1, 3.3alpha.

Pretty much in regard to downloading anything (Doesn't quite matter the speed, can be 2kB/s or 1.0mB/s), it'll just disconnect my connection for a good minute or so. This doesn't apply when uploading at max speed, 105kB/s.

Tested another client, qBittorrent, as well as Tixati, and it downloads just fine without interruption.

My uTorrent settings in regard to peers are:

Global Maximum number of connections: 180

Maximum number of connected peers per torrent: 55

Number of upload slots per torrent: 5

Using Win 7 64-bit. So not too sure what setting might've changed to affect this because I don't recall this happening in the past, I think it started with the 3.0 builds. Can be wrong, but now I pretty much just use uTorrent for seeding purposes only and when I need to download I use qBittorrent.
