Our internet provider is cablevision, our router is Netgear - VVG2000 (Netgear Firmware) and that's about the extent of my knowledge... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Kitsoran Posted August 10, 2012 Report Share Posted August 10, 2012 Cablevisions Optimum online? Looks like they come up as a bad ISP but not as causing connectivity issues. Looks like your router is also your DSL modem. Does your computer connect straight to it? If that's the case it's unusual that UPnP didn't work. Is UPnP enabled in Preferences > Connection?
