Private Torrents Inquiries

Hello all,

I hope you're having a good day The company I work for has four branches across four countries. They would like to share huge amounts of data using private torrents, what is the best possible solution for this? A short answer would be fine, just so i'd have a direction of what to research. Also, they were inquiring if the following scenario were possible :

I have created a torrent from a folder called music, the torrent is up and running, I want to add new songs to the torrent but without creating a new torrent, is it possible that the torrent can be updated automatically while its in action? and not necessarily running on the same computer it was created on.
