Guest
I am not exactly happy about the fact there is no visual indicator about new posts. We can only see a thread has new replies in it, but that's it. Not very good.It also doesn't work 100% in Opera. When I scroll all the way down and move cursor at the end of the page, the whole thing scrolls back up a little, making marking forums read a challenging game.Any chance to have this fixed? Guest
You don't understand at all.Guess what happens when you open a thread marked as having new replies. There is NO indicator which posts are new.
ciaobaby
Works for me, click on the [new posts] link under the thread title and the 'oldest' new post appears magically in the browser viewport.
Guest
That's hardly how it should work and how it works on 99% of other forums....and you still don't get it at all. Forget it.
ciaobaby
Well not all discussion board systems are created identically. These boards are "powered by" FluxBB and that's how it works for that system, vBulletin works differently, SimpleMachine Forum does as does PHPBB, So you will have to direct your comments to the developers of FluxBB.Alternatively click on the Profile link (top right) and change the forum 'skin' to something you prefer.
