umdesch4
I have an odd problem I've never really seen discussed, and is hard to describe/search for, so sorry if this has already been asked/answered.I want to do something like a force recheck on a torrent, but what I want it to do is tell me all the files in the download location that aren't part of the torrent. The "how" is a long story, but basically I have a folder with a ton (hundreds) of files in it, that is the download location for a torrent (again, with hundreds of files). I'm seeding the torrent at 100%, but there's a rather hefty discrepancy between the torrent size, and the folder size. I'd like to delete files from that folder that aren't part of the torrent, but doing so manually would take hours, if not days to sort out.Any ideas? ciaobaby
Here you go.http://stackoverflow.com/questions/406695/reading-the-fileset-from-a-torrentThough you might need to learn a bit about Python first.
umdesch4
I think I've got just enough Python experience to make this work for me. Thanks for the help!
