Hesham4488 Posted September 30, 2012 Report Share Posted September 30, 2012 Since the last update, uTorrent has been using about 1GHz of the processing power and fills around 400MBs of ram! Even when idle!However, this happens when the program runs for quite a long while (say 24+ hours straight)While this might not be a big problem for a modern PC but it sure comes to play when you are gaming or doing anything that needs full throttle. On the other hand, some low spec PCs will never handle this, unless it's a Windows 8 specific issue.One more thing is, the program sometimes forces a file check even if the torrent was stopped when the program exited the last time.
