Some users delete torrents that have small swarms because there isn't much "action". This causes future downloads of torrent to be slower. What I suggest is that if a user decides to delete a torrent that has less than something like 3 seeds uTorrent will prompt the user a message saying something like: "Keeping this torrent is really essential. Deleting the torrent will greatly slower the torrent download speed. Please consider again deleting this torrent".
