I cant change saved file's name

When i update new version of Utorrent, i cant change saved file' name

example: just like before when i download a torrent have torrent file's name is: Rat race.avi.tor so the file name is Rat race.avi, i can change it to ABC.avi easily when set the file location

Now when i change the file name in Name then it say

How can i deal with it? I dont want to save my file by that old name
