Not a "bug" per se, but a "Nobody's [dumb enough / EVER going] to do that" GOTCHA!

Conditions:

Preferences -> Bandwidth panel active.

Setting limits using the status bar context menu does not load new limits into dialogue fields. Consequently, using [OK] to close dialogue overrides status bar changes.
