Silenc340 Posted January 5, 2013 Report Share Posted January 5, 2013 I was having this interesting problem with uTorrent. Every time I exit (File>Exit) and then started the program again, my downloads would start over. For example, let's say that I am downloading Elvis's Greatest Hits. The download has reached say 80% or so. If I were to exit uTorrent as described above, when I start the program again, the download would be at 2%. This is a first for me. ciaobaby Posted January 5, 2013 Report Share Posted January 5, 2013 Ok Is this with all jobs or just some, and .... have you renamed the job(s) at all, either on loading them originally (in the add dialog) or subsequently?Have you seen any error messages regarding resume.dat not being saved successfully? Silenc340 Posted January 6, 2013 Author Report Share Posted January 6, 2013 Every single job reset to where it was sometime in the past. I never rename the torrents that I enter in program, so no. I have not seen any error messages either.What I have done was unistall and then re-install the program. It works fine now. Could we still try to get the bottom of the problem though?
