SoSimpl Posted January 27, 2013 Report Share Posted January 27, 2013 I have removed uTorrent, but I am still getting RST scans in my router logs.[DoS Attack: RST Scan] from source: 66.75.239.13, port 64558, Sunday, January 27,2013 09:01:05[DoS Attack: RST Scan] from source: 69.151.252.178, port 56964, Sunday, January 27,2013 08:58:33[DoS Attack: RST Scan] from source: 69.138.56.106, port 50762, Sunday, January 27,2013 08:50:20[DoS Attack: RST Scan] from source: 174.126.96.194, port 52071, Sunday, January 27,2013 08:46:23[DoS Attack: RST Scan] from source: 24.215.137.198, port 56701, Sunday, January 27,2013 08:43:09[DoS Attack: RST Scan] from source: 71.80.41.58, port 63102, Sunday, January 27,2013 08:41:48Could anyone help me out on how to stop this? Also, whenever an RST Scan occurs, I disconnect from the internet for a few seconds./EDIT I am currently scanning my computer, please let me know what else I could do to fix this. ciaobaby Posted January 27, 2013 Report Share Posted January 27, 2013 It is simply peers looking for the job(s) you were running.Reinstall uTorrent on the same port.OrForward the port to an LAN IP that doesn't exist.OrPower cycle your router to change the external IP.
