uTorrent issue on MacBook retina (preventing sleep mode)

There is a problem we can't solve without the help of developers.

It seems stupid but on macbooks with retina "Prevent stand by" function doesn't work properly. I've seen people on different forums posting the same issue, so it just must be fixed somehow.

So, again: I want my utorrent client to download any file while i'm sleeping, but this bastard goes sleeping with me. And when I wake up it is obvious - not a file was loaded.

I'm running the latest os x mountain lion(10.8.2)
