So on to the next question;"old torrents" meaning.Completed downloads?or.torrent files? And if it is the latter ...Do you have it set so completed .torrent files are moved to a specified location? (Preferences -> Directories)

ciaobaby
Ok, so if you are not moving completed .torrent files to a different directory, removing them manually by comparing the GUI job list to the directory file list is your only option.
