indubitablee
Just set up a new gaming computer and after trying everything to fix my torrenting speeds, the only solution i found was setting a static ip address that breaks my internet connection cause of my isp. utorrent says my connection is good but all my torrents sit at 10kb/s for hours before maxing out at 400-500kb/s and dropping again
ciaobaby
Setting up a static IP on the LAN side will NOT affect anything on the WAN side. Change your DNS servers to Google's servers rather than using your local router for DNS lookups.
