gustybutt Posted March 2, 2013 Report Share Posted March 2, 2013 uTorrent.exe will reserve the "Alternative listening port" for the Web UI, even if the Web UI is disabled. Reproducable (on my system at least; I have no others to test on) by enabling Web UI, then alternate port, then disabling Web UI. Bug observed using (latest?) uTorrent 3.3 (build 29126) on Windows 8.
