acampbell2229 Posted March 8, 2013 Report Share Posted March 8, 2013 Hello everyone.Before I explain, I've looked into the FAQ, several different discussion forums, and several different posts regarding this exact situation. Apparently, the most frequent problem is 'Roxio', which I am unable to locate under Process via Process Explorer.I've tried everything I can and the problem is still persistent. Also, it is a rather large set of files, totaling up to around 7GB or so. They fully downloaded yesterday, but today it is reading 68% (and counting). What should I do?
