christ
HelloI am completely puzzled by what I am experiencing.First I assigned a static IP to my computer (192.168.1.101), then I went to portforward.com and opened port 18984. Now when I run the speed test (ALT + G) it tells me that all is well, but the triangle icon just won't turn green. And when I go to canyouseeme.org it tells me that the port is not open. I even went into the advance settings of windows firewall and added the port just be sure. When that didn't work I disabled Avast along with windows firewall. Still it says that my port is not open. I have no idea what is wrong
ciaobaby
Running the speed guide will increment (or decrement) the port, and if your router does not support automatic port mapping (UPnP or NAT-PMP) the new port number will remain closed. christ
Running the speed guide will increment (or decrement) the port, and if your router does not support automatic port mapping (UPnP or NAT-PMP) the new port number will remain closed. But it does support UPnP. I even tried disabling it, but then the speed guide told me the port was closed, but after re-enabling it's listed as open. Not by canyouseeme though.
